UKASFP2025 Conference

The UKASFP2025 Conference will take place in the David Hockney Building, Bradford College, West Yorkshire.  The Conference timing is:

• 9am to 5pm, Thursday 17^th July 2025
• 9am to 4pm, Friday 18^th July 2025

You can purchase tickets for both days, or to attend on a single day only.   

To support groups that wish to attend, for every four tickets you purchase, you will be entitled to a complementary ticket – 5 tickets for the price of 4 tickets. 

Concession tickets are available on a trust-based system to ensure that those who may find the standard ticket price a barrier can still participate. These tickets are intended for students, low-income individuals, unemployed individuals, disabled people. We trust our attendees to self-declare their eligibility for these tickets and will not require proof of status; instead, we rely on the integrity of our participants to ensure that those who need these concessions can benefit from them. By choosing a concession ticket, please help us maintain a diverse and inclusive environment where all voices can be heard.As well as the above offers, we are delighted to be able to hold our prices at the same level as last year’s conference.  We hope this helps you to attend and to contribute to the success of this event.

Cabaret Dinner

A tradition of our conference is to hold a self-organising Cabaret Dinner on the evening of Day 1 of the Conference.  This year, we have booked the amazing Marquee at Jinnah Restaurants, 99 Leeds Road, Bradford.  This is a short walk from the Conference Venue, and will give us all a flavour of the fantastic Asian cuisine to be found in Bradford.

As well as great food and company, we will ask enthusiastic volunteers to take to the stage and perform for us all. Don’t worry – participation is not compulsory!  If you have a favourite performance piece, you are very welcome to share it with an appreciative audience on the night.  Please bring any instruments or props you need to perform if you wish.

Please also advise us of your dietary requirements when you book your place at the Cabaret Dinner.
