| My long journey to work as a Solution Focused Therapist began in 2001, when I experienced my own personal mental health crisis. What began then was my journey to discover all the ways people can increase their mental wellbeing. This has lead me to see the power that meditation, relaxation techniques, simple lifestyle changes and exercise have to improve people's happiness day to day. Only recently, however, did I encounter Solution Focused Therapy: a style of counselling I see to be respectful, validating and supremely empowering for people working to improve their wellbeing. I'm delighted to offer Solution Focused Therapy to anyone who wants to make their life better, starting tomorrow. |
