| I am a researcher, lecturer and practitioner - in a nutshell, a pracademic. I am Honorary Professor of Practice at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, UK, and Adjunct Professor of Coaching Psychology at Aalborg University, Denmark. I'm also Director of a number of independent training institutions including Centre for Coaching, National Academy of Coaching Psychology and Centre for Stress Management. I have written and edited 60 books and over 300 articles. In 2003, with Bill O'Connell. I co-edited the Handbook of Handbook of Solution-Focused Therapy. In 2013 I co-authored with Bill O'Connell and Helen Williams, Solution Focused Coaching in Practice. I have developed the PRACTICE solution focused model. I continue to coauthor chapters on Solution Focused Coaching with Bill and Helen. |
