Delegates will have received a pack of Strengths Cards in their conference packs and this short plenary session will be a great way to ensure they get the best value from this resource. We will provide a quick introduction to the cards and the supporting resources that are available online, but the main aim would be to get everyone using the cards in a quick activity that will help them connect with others in a meaningful way while also getting a good understanding of the cards and how they can be used going forward.
Our aim will be to ensure that everyone is familiar with the pack of Strengths Cards they've been given and understand how they might use them. Although it will only be a brief introduction, we would expect this to be an engaging and energising session that helps people recognise their own strengths, celebrate other people's strengths and rapidly build quality connections with others. Participants will go away with several ideas for how they can use the cards and clarity on how they can access a range of (free) supporting resources.
