Adapting to text-based SFT with young people
Tellmi set up a digital, text-based, in-app, solution-focused therapy service in Summer 2023. Capturing outcome measures every session, working with a young demographic who are famed for being distracted and working with the view that every session could be the last. We’d like to share our experience with having to be careful about choices and how we deal with questions that don’t land in a limited time frame. As part of the session, we propose to set up small groups to give this style a try.
Participants can expect an insight into text-based SFT, the potential challenges and ideas for adapting.
