Dear UKASFP2025 delegate,

Thank you for purchasing your ticket to join us at UKASFP2025, ‘Doing More With Less’. To help you plan your trip, here is a set of resources to help you with Accomodation and Travel.

Our Conference Venue is the David Hockney Building, Bradford College BD7 1AL.

Our Cabaret Dinner will be hosted at The Jinnah Marquee, 18 E Parade, Bradford BD1 5EE.

Both are easily accessible from the hotels listed below. There are many other accommodation options, however we have negotiated discount rates at the following hotels. These room rates will be available until 30^th March 2025, or until all reserved rooms are booked.

Accommodation and discounts

When booking these, please ensure you quote ‘UKASFP2025’ to access the rate quoted below. All the hotels are willing to hold the rooms until 30th March. This rate may not appear on online booking systems, so you may need to contact the hotel directly. When you ring their team, they know the rate we have agreed with you.

Great Victoria Hotel

The Great Victoria Hotel are currently holding 20 rooms on a block for all three days for UKASFP2025.

Midland Hotel

Midland Hotel has a note on Reception with the UKASFP2025 code, when phoning to make a booking please press the telephone option for Reception, not Reservations as this goes to their Head Office.

The Leonardo Hotel is the nearest to the David Hockney Building, Bradford College. Parking is available in the NCP Carpark to the rear of the hotel at extra cost.
